Richard “Rich” Widup is the Global Corporate Security Director for Reckitt Benckiser (RB), the world’s leading health and hygiene company.

Formerly the Associate Director for Mead Johnson Nutrition. Rich’s remit today is the development of effective strategies to assess and mitigate risks, manage crises and incidents, maintain continuity of operations, and safeguard the organization’s people, products, assets and reputation.

Rich has 27 years of law enforcement experience, previously serving as a Special Agent with the United States Army Criminal Investigation Command (CID) and with the Office of Criminal  Investigations for the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

Rich is the former President and Chairman of the Board for ASIS International, the world’s largest organization dedicated to the advancement of security training, standards, and certifications. Prior to his presidency, Rich served on the ASIS Board of Directors, as a Council Vice President and as Chair of the Transportation Security Council. Rich currently serves on the ASIS International Food Defense and Agriculture Security Council, which is  responsible for developing best practices and programs to support food and agriculture safety and security.
