Richard "Rich" Widup is currently the President and Founder of The Widup Group, a Veteran-Owned Enterprise Security Risk Consultancy dedicated to supporting businesses of all sizes evaluate and mitigate security risks. In particular, The Widup Group is positioned to assist customers with a wide array of Enterprise Security Risk challenges, especially program development and management; Supply Chain Security; Brand Protection (counterfeiting and diversion mitigation strategies); Critical Incident Management/Business Continuity. Rich also serves as the Security Director for SafeEVAC, the world's most comprehensive intelligent evacuation system.

Rich has over 25 years of executive security management experience, formerly serving as the Group Head of Security for Reckitt, a FTSE 15 fast moving consumer goods company better known as the manufacturers of products such as Lysol^®, Mucinex^®, Airborne^®, Delsym^® and Finish^® line of products. Prior to joining Reckitt, he served as the Associate Director for North America & Europe for Mead Johnson Nutrition. Rich also spent over 14 years in the pharmaceutical industry where he served in a variety of responsible security positions where he developed and managed a wide array of security initiatives responsible for the protection of people, assets, products and company reputation.

Rich has extensive law enforcement experience, previously serving as a Special Agent with the United States Army Criminal Investigation Command (CID) and with the Office of Criminal Investigations for the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). While at FDA, Rich investigated offenses that involved violations of federal law, to include the counterfeiting, diversion and tampering of foods and medicines. He also served as the FDA-OCI representative on the Permanent Forum on International Pharmaceutical Crime, an international law enforcement network established to develop and exchange information regarding the challenges associated with global pharmaceutical counterfeiting.

Rich, who is board certified in Security Management, Physical Security and Fraud Examinations, is a Past President and former Chairman of the Board for ASIS International, the world's largest organization dedicated to the advancement of security training, standards and certifications. Rich currently serves on the ASIS Professional Standards Board as well as the Ethics Committee.

A graduate of the Advanced Detective Training course at Scotland Yard, he also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice and a Master of Science degree in Public Administration.

Jen Widup has over twenty years of dedicated experience working across city, county, state, and federal agencies, building a career focused on public safety, accountability, and mission-driven leadership.

Her work in probation and parole spans various jurisdictions, leading to her role as a U.S. Probation Officer. In this position, she also served as a district Safety Instructor and was an active member of Women in Corrections. She has earned several certifications from the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center, including STARR, Officer Response Tactics (ORT), and Search Team Coordination, demonstrating her technical skills and commitment to operational excellence.

After relocating to Houston, she transitioned into the private sector, applying her law enforcement background to corporate security. She is now a Travel Risk and Security Management Coordinator, with additional roles as an executive assistant and office manager, helping organizations manage global risks, improve safety protocols, and maintain secure, efficient operations.

Recently certified in Open Source Intelligence (OSINT), Jen is dedicated to expanding her influence within the intelligence and security community. She is passionate about advancing global security efforts and supporting greater inclusion of women in intelligence and protective roles, driven by a strong sense of integrity, readiness, and a desire to empower others through informed, proactive security practices.
